My name is Chana Ware. I attended Ross Medical In Portage, MI. Ross is an awesome school to attend. They have great instructors, as well as a great staff. They were very helpful and inspirational. I would not have made it without the staff at Ross. And now because of all of the support that I received from them, I can say that I have a great career as a Registered Medical Assistant.
Chana Ware Graduate Medical Assistant student at Portage, MI campus Graduation: November 27, 2018I thank Ross for everything that they have done, from the first time I stepped foot on their campus. I was so afraid, but not so much of starting school, but afraid of failure. That was my biggest fear until talking with one of the school's administrators. She made me feel so comfortable in becoming a student at Ross. Once I started and met my teachers it became so easy. They took time out to help me when I didn't understand things, which made it that much easier. Once I got to my externship I was so excited yet afraid at the same time. However, where they sent me for my externship is where I wanted to go and upon completion, I am very proud to say that I got hired and I am still working there to this day! Ross helped me with my career so much that I enrolled in the online school for Ross and received my associates degree. It was hard being a full-time mom, employee, and student, but I did it and so can you, thanks to Ross and its amazing team!
Shayla Hall Graduate Medical Assistant student at Portage, MI campus Graduation: November 9, 2016I started at Ross Medical in October of 2018. I loved it right away. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was halfway through my 3rd mod when I had to have heart surgery. Unfortunately, this caused me to have to leave the program. I was very disappointed to say the least. All of the staff was extremely encouraging, telling me not to worry and that they would be there to help me when I came back. I returned June of 2019. True to their word, they were ready and waiting to get me back on track. Mrs. Craft and Mrs. Kerner are extremely knowledgeable in what they teach. They gave me everything I needed to be a successful student and MA. My experience at Ross gave me the knowledge and tools to become a confident MA. I would recommend Ross to everyone! I actually have a friend in KY who just asked about Ross and I made sure to tell her what an amazing experience I had. If you are looking for a career in the medical field, Ross Medical Education Center is a really good option.
Bobbi Moore Graduate Medical Assistant student at Madison Heights, MI campus Graduation: November 12, 2019My experience at Ross has been very rewarding. They have an open door policy and Ms. Jenny is an amazing teacher. The program is set up for students to accomplish their goals.
Brittany Glymph Graduate Dental Assistant student at Johnson City, TN campus Graduation: May 28, 2019The main reason I would recommend Ross College is the atmosphere! All the staff members are caring and helpful! The instructors are knowledgeable in the fields they are teaching. As a result, students are passing and wanting to come to class!
